THE CHALLENGE

The challenge was to transform a podcast concept into a cohesive audiovisual brand and content ecosystem, from its initial visual identity to the production and distribution of recurring content across digital channels while generating reusable content for long-term communication.

DISCOVERING THE BRAND

Every creative decision started with understanding the client's vision and the audience the podcast was intended to reach. Since the podcast focused on diving, I explored the visual and sound elements and associations that are immediately recognizable within the diving community. This research informed the visual identity, motion design and overall creative direction.

BRAND IDENTITY

APPLICATIONS

MOTION DESIGN & SOUND DESIGN

Rather than using generic motion graphics, I incorporated visual cues associated with the diving experience, such as ascending bubbles, diving tanks and underwater elements. These references were selected to create immediate recognition and establish a strong connection with the podcast's target audience.
Sound was treated as part of the brand identity rather than a purely technical layer. I selected music and designed sonic elements for the intro, podcast separators and social content to create consistency across formats.

CONTENT ECOSYSTEM

We extended the value of each recording session by transforming long-form material into multiple content formats for different digital channels and purposes.

As content was published, I worked closely with the client to evaluate audience response.

CLIENT COLLABORATION

I wasn't simply executing a predefined brief. I participated actively in creative discussions, proposed improvements and provided feedback on interview dynamics whenever I identified opportunities to strengthen the final content.
